Ages 18–25 · A Christ-centered young adult program

Bridging the Gap Between Potential and Purpose

Helping young adults build a strong foundation through faith, mentorship, life skills, leadership development, and community.

Why The Bridge exists

The years after youth ministry shouldn't be the years someone walks alone.

Between 18 and 25, a young adult makes decisions that shape decades: college or trade school, career, money, relationships, mental health, and what they actually believe spiritually. It all arrives at once and often right as the community that raised them thins out.

Many young adults quietly disconnect from church in this exact season. Not because they stopped caring, but because nothing was built for where they are. Youth ministry ends, adult ministry assumes a life they haven't started yet, and the gap swallows people.

The Bridge was created to close that gap. Faith is what makes the difference here: budgeting, résumés, and boundaries all matter, but identity in Christ is what holds when a plan falls through. So we teach both practical skill and spiritual foundation inside real relationships.

"We kept watching bright young people leave us at eighteen with a hug and no plan. The Bridge is our answer: nobody crosses this season by themselves."
